‘God’s word’ internet radio station broadcasting from Locust Hill site

LOCUST HILL—New Life Radio, a nondenominational internet radio station, reaching around the world to share hope and truth through God’s word, began operating in Locust Hill on September 3.

The heart of New Life Radio started in 2006 as a “Prayer Tent” reaching out and sharing the love of God, said founder and director Eileen Lawson. It started weekly at a flea market and then to various festivals with the purpose of reminding people of God’s love for them, while offering prayer for their various needs.

“God’s word says, ‘we have not because we ask not’ and so many are trying to do life without him,” said Lawson. “The vision of a radio station began with the goal of not only sharing the love of God, but providing a means for individuals to really learn, know and establish a relationship with him through his word.”

New Life Radio is a place to learn and grow in one’s understanding of God and his great love while providing real answers for those tough life issues, said Lawson…
