Since becoming self directed in October, the Hills Quarter Community Association recently held their annual meeting at the Community Center.
Five-term board president Margaret Kennedy was re-elected by acclamation. She introduced board members Jimmie Carter and Will Hubbard and reviewed the accomplishments of 2018.
