Susan Johnson of InsideOut Yoga will host an Empowerment Breath Circle by Erin Bishop from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. August 18 at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock, 366 James Wharf Road, White Stone.
The circle will include intention meditation, teaching of connected breathing technique, a full one-hour breathwork session, discussion about breathwork as a practice, tea, nuts and fruits.
“If you’ve been feeling stuck, lacking inspiration or creativity, or have noticed yourself falling into the same habits and patterns you’ve been trying to rewire, this workshop is for you,” said Bishop, who owns A Breath of Wellness Integrative Life Coaching in Severna Park, Md.
She and her partner, Scott, are currently repurposing a 1940s farmhouse into a retreat center in Burgess, which they plan to open to the community in spring 2020.
