Essex County Circuit Court Judge John S. Martin recently ruled in favor of the Church Schools in the Diocese of Virginia (CSDV), regarding suits brought by the Foundation for St. Margaret’s School.
A related statement issued by the foundation notes its board of trustees “is disappointed by the Essex County Circuit Court’s April 20 ruling that the plaintiffs do not have standing to sue CSDV.
