HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, June 2, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
Desmond B. Wiggins of Warsaw pleaded guilty to two counts of selling/providing resale of Schedule I/II drugs. He was sentenced to five years with four years suspended, and five years of supervised probation upon release. He also faces $1,135 in costs and $4,050 in restitution. Three additional charges of selling/providing resale of Schedule I/II drugs were nolle processed.
In the case of Aaron M. Sullivan, no address given, charged with three counts of rape of a victim ages 13 or younger and three counts of sodomy of a victim ages 13 or or younger, a status hearing was set for July 21.
The court also convened Thursday, June 4, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
Tammy L. Singleton of Kilmarnock pleaded guilty to exploiting somebody mentally incapacitated for more than $1,000. She was sentenced to 20 years with 20 years suspended, and five years of supervised probation. She faces $1,266.55 in costs and $83,017.87 in restitution.
Huey A. Singleton of Kilmarnock pleaded guilty to exploiting somebody mentally incapacitated for more than $1,000. He was sentenced to 20 years with 20 years suspended, and five years of supervised probation. He faces $405 in costs and $15,592.95 in restitution.
