NWP announces guest chef series

On September 17, guest chef Joe Souders will present artisan pizzas made with high-hydration, long-fermented dough using premium Italian Caputo “00” flour.
On October 15, guest chef Jay Wolfson will feature his legendary smash burgers and lobster rolls.
On November 5, guest chef Brandon Frazier will serve Asian Fusion. From left are Frazier and NWP event coordinator Will Moore.

This fall, NWP will present Under the Pavilion Live Outdoors, an event series featuring three guest chefs bringing cooking demonstrations to the NWP Showroom & Outdoor Pavilion, 3531 Irvington Road, Irvington.

Each event will offer guests a chance to enjoy signature dishes, adult beverages and experience open-air dining under the pavilion, reported event coordinator Will Moore.
