HEATHSVILLE— The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, August 25, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Eddie L. Gallagher of Mechanicsville, charged with driving on a suspended license and driving while under the influence with prior related convictions, a status hearing was set for September 15.
In the case of Rudolph P. Kenner of Wicomico Church, charged with four counts of distributing/selling Schedule I/II drugs for profit, the case was continued to September 8.
In the case of Nicole R. Marsh of Farnham, charged with destruction of property with intent, valued more than $1000, a plea hearing was set for October 6.
In the case of Kendall D. Sutton of Kilmarnock, charged with strangulation resulting in wound or injury, a further disposition was continued to January 26, 2027.
In the case of Bradley P. Townshend of Warsaw, charged with possession of child pornography, as well as possession of child pornography, second or more offense, and two counts of copying/transmitting/selling child porn, bond was not revoked and the case was continued to September 15.
