WHITE STONE—A routine, scheduled inspection of the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge is now under way and will continue through October.
Motorists can expect brief daytime delays crossing the bridge over the Rappahannock River between Lancaster and Middlesex counties throughout the month, reported Alexis Breeden, Virginia Department of Transportation senior communications specialist.
From 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays, through October 30, a portion of the bridge will be reduced to a single travel lane. Automated flagging….
