WHITE STONE—A temporary traffic signal will be activated Monday, October 12, in a construction work zone to replace the Oyster Creek Bridge on Windmill Point Road in White Stone.
The signal will control one-way, alternating traffic until the project is complete. The replacement bridge is anticipated to open in May 2027. A temporary speed limit of 25 mph also will be posted n the work zone and will remain in effect until construction is complete.
Traffic is currently using the existing bridge to cross Oyster Creek. Construction crews are installing a temporary single-lane bridge….
