FARNHAM—An emergency pipe improvement project will reduce Historyland Highway (Route 3) to a single lane in Richmond County for approximately four months.
The pipe is just west of Farnham Creek Road over Laton Swamp and is approximately 4 miles west of the Lancaster County line.
Construction began February 5 with crews installing signs and mobilizing equipment. The work will continue through May 29.
