The RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, recently announced special events for March.
Wind, Weather and Water, an exhibit featuring works by RAL members in a variety of media, will open Tuesday, February 27, and continue through March 31, reported Barbara Pulling of the communications committee.
