Delilah Wood (above) and her brother Zane Wood served as official ride testers Monday in anticipation of the 83rd annual Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department Firemen’s Festival. Delilah and Zane are the children of Amber and Adam Wood of Kilmarnock. The festival will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday, July 26, through Saturday, August 4, except Sunday, at the KVFD Carnival Grounds, 200 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock. The carnival offers rides, games, food concessions and a raffle. The grand prize, a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sport, will be awarded on the final night.
