Kilmarnock’s Kandy for Kids, a safe trick or treating event with the merchants of Kilmarnock, will be observed from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, October 27, throughout Steptoe’s District.
There will be games, photo opportunities and rides on the “Boo” bus.
