The Hope and Glory Inn and Vineyard in Irvington recently introduced its chef, Meseret Crockett.
“Heretofore, we respected the Ethiopian culture of modesty and the shame of boasting; thus, Ms. Crockett’s wishes to be private and unheralded were honored by the owners,” said Dudley Patteson. “Finally, our chef has granted us the privilege of reviewing her background.”
