HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 12, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Cintez C. Gibson of Lancaster, charged with two felonies including one count for failing to appear in court on a felony charge and one revoking his pretrial release for a charge related to the manufacture of a controlled substance, was set for May 28.
The disposition of Ronald C. Landon of Lancaster, who pleaded guilty to felony possession of a gun by a nonviolent felon, was continued to February 19.
The prosecution filed a nolle prosequi in the case…
