KILMARNOCK—Roy Everett Carroll, 82, of Kilmarnock was born on May 28, 1936, and passed away on March 28, 2019. He was a U.S. Marine veteran and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He moved to Lancaster County in 2002.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne P. Dietz. He is survived by his brother, Ralph Carroll and wife, Jennifer of Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Barbara Dietz-Kantor and husband, Richard, of Merry Point; brother-in-law, Steven Dietz and wife, Linda of New Jersey and special friends, Tommy and Tami Beatley and Stevie and Lisa Pittman of Granville Bay in Monaskon.
Mr. Carroll requested that there would be no services.
