The “Make It a Heathsville Saturday” promotion will continue on June 15.
The entire community is coming together to offer a variety of fun shopping and things to do in conjunction with the Heathsville Farmers Market, said manager Corinne Becker.
The market, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville, will offer produce, oysters, eggs, jams, pickles, soaps, flowers, nursery plants, baked goods and gourmet peanuts.
The Northumberland Public Library’s “Tech-Mobile” will be open for tours. “Big Blue” serves as an internet “hot spot” with computers, as well as a place to browse the latest books.
