KILMARNOCK—Henry David Ludwig, 58, of Kilmarnock died on July 5, 2019. He was a salesman with Caterpillar, an avid fisherman and boater.
Surviving are his mother, Jane Brothers Ludwig of Kilmarnock; a son, James David Ludwig Sr. and wife, Katharine Vail Ludwig, of Crozet; four grandchildren, Katharine Elizabeth and James David Ludwig Jr., Juelz and Jalaya Wiggins; sisters, Mary Elizabeth Redford and husband, Bernard, of Florida, and Jane Allison Brumfield of Wayne, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Corinne Ludwig; and father, Roberdeau Allison Ludwig.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, at Kilmarnock United Methodist Church, Kilmarnock, with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Kilmarnock. The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock.
