HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened July 9, with Judge R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Carl T. Rich of Heathsville, charged with one felony revoking his pretrial release on a felony charge, was continued to July 16.
Tyrell O. Brown of Hague, charged with one felony for violating his probation on a felony offense, entered a plea of nolo contendere and a review of his case was scheduled for September 10.
