Belle Isle State Park, 1632 Belle Isle Road, Lancaster, will hold a volunteer cleanup of four oyster cages from 10-11:30 a.m. on National Oyster Day, August 3, at the motorboat launch.
Volunteers and spectators will learn about the environmental importance of oysters and why it is crucial they be protected, reported park manager Katie Shepard.
