LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 9, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Carlos J. Carter of Kilmarnock, charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense and one misdemeanor count for violating probation on a misdemeanor offense, both charges were dismissed.
