Congregants from four neighbor churches on East Church Street in Kilmarnock recently gathered at Calvary Baptist for “Potluck and Praise.” The other three churches were Abiding Faith Baptist, Living Water Lutheran and St. Andrews Presbyterian.
The pastors are the Rev. Dr. Barbara Cain of Abiding Faith, the Rev. Travis Copeland of Calvary, the Rev. Bob Maier and the Rev. Dr. Judy Thomson of Living Water and the Rev. Sandi Shaner of St. Andrews. Rev. Shaner was the preacher at the event. Calvary Baptist choir director Valarie Turner sang “Together We Can Make It.”
