LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, October 11, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Nicolus S. Gibson of Fredericksburg, charged with a felony for violating probation on a felony offense, arraignment was continued by the defense until November 15.
In the case of Sharon K. Pelkey of Weems, charged with nine counts of violating probation on felony offenses, a restitution review was continued by the prosecution until December 13.
