The annual Scottie Plunge will be held at 4:30 p.m. January 18 at St. Margaret’s School, 444 South Water Lane, Tappahannock.
The brave of heart will take a splash in the Rappahannock River, followed by hot food and drinks, plus a chili cook-off and a dessert bake-off.
Beth Rohne, parent council co-chairman, and Cynthia Walker, director of athletics, have been working with St. Margaret’s students, staff and families to organize the event.
