Lessons in governing Irvington to continue

IRVINGTON—Town attorney Nancyellen Keane on January 9 held a special workshop for the members of the Irvington Town Council, with a few residents in attendance, to explain how the town gets its authority, how the town’s charter works within state laws and how the responsibilities of each of the town roles are defined in the charter.
