Lancaster County Little League plans to take the field in September

Lancaster County Little League is scheduled to start its 2020 fall season in early September. Dream Fields, 1385 Irvington Road, Kilmarnock, is home to the Lancaster County Little League.

According to league president Tiffany Wolfe, the board decided during a virtual meeting last Thursday night to pursue fall league play with at least one team in each division.

“Even though the school decided to go virtual the first nine weeks and VHSL has decided to cancel the fall season, we felt like we could mitigate some of the risks, take precautions and go ahead with playing this fall,” said Wolfe.
