Lancaster County Little Leaguers have returned to the playing fields.
After a COVID-19 hiatus, the players and coaches resumed practices and games this week, according to league president Tiffany Wolfe.
The league halted play in its fall season due to a potential coronavirus exposure. Activity resumed at the park October 1.
“We are doing our best to navigate situations that we have never been faced with before, and understand that it can be frustrating,” Wolfe wrote in a letter to parents and coaches. “We feel confident with resumption of play after a precautionary 14-day suspension and no other cases reported.”
