LANCASTER—George C. Kanuck, 67, of Lancaster passed away December 13, 2016. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Theresa Kanuck; his children, Kathryn Lammens (Philip), Suzanne Loeb (Jeremy), George J. Kanuck (J. C.) and Andrew Kanuck (Kimberly); and seven grandchildren, Emma, Matthew, Alexander, Natalie, Aaron, Julia and Zachary.
George was born and raised in New York where he worked as a stationary engineer for Waste Water Treatment until he retired to Virginia.
He was a loyal, devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. His family was his greatest pride and treasure.
Services will be private.
Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock, handled the arrangements.
