Second ‘Shuck-it Bucket’ event slated November 21

Chesapeake Academy, 107 Steamboat Road, Irvington, will host a second “Shuck-It Bucket” from 4-6 p.m. November 21. The $60 bucket is a party for two.

Chesapeake Academy’s 19th annual Community Oyster Roast was re-imagined and the first Shuck-It Bucket event in October was well received, according to head of school Julianne T. Duvall.

While everyone missed the annual gathering of friends and family, Chesapeake Academy was excited to send patrons on their way with a steamer pot filled…
