KILMARNOCK—On Monday, November 23, the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney of Lancaster County requested that a Special Grand Jury be impaneled to investigate the homicide of James T. “JT” Walters on January 30.
The Hon. R. Michael McKenney, judge of the Lancaster County Circuit Court, granted the request and ordered that a Special Grand Jury be impaneled “to investigate and report on conditions involved in the homicide of James T. Walters on January 30, 2020, in Lancaster County and consider whether there is sufficient probable cause to return any indictment as a ‘true bill.’”
