WHITE STONE—Patricia Turner “Pat” Anderson of White Stone went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 17, 2021. She was born October 14, 1941.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Philip James “Jim” Anderson; adored son and apple of her eye and love of her life, Robb Anderson and his wife, Jennifer Anderson; cherished grandchildren, Crawford and Beau Anderson; and many other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Carrington Turner.
Patricia was an elementary school teacher and later worked for the General Assembly for 10 years. She was a member and had many friends at Avalon Recreation, Richmond, and Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club, Kilmarnock.
Patricia was a 50-year cancer survivor and loved to play tennis, bridge and mahjong. Her family and friends will remember her as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She was laid to rest at a private graveside service at Westhampton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Children’s Home Society, 4200 Fitzhugh Avenue, Richmond, VA 23230.
