HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 2, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenny presiding.

Charges of felony grand larceny/theft of an automobile against Joseph E. Huff of Laytonsville, Md., were dismissed.

In the case of Melodie D. Harris of Heathsville, charged with felony driving while intoxicated, third-plus offense, the charge was modified to misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, second conviction within five to 10 years, and Harris was sentenced…
