W&L defeats Lancaster, 6-3

Lancaster dropped to 0-2 in the Northern Neck District last week after losing, 6-3, to Washington & Lee in varsity baseball.

“Our pitching was strong,” said LHS coach Welby Saunders of sophomore Eli Pittman, who went four innings on the mound. Brendan Walker pitched one inning to close.
