HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, June 15, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Katherine E. Ebbecke of Callao pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving with endangerment to life, limb, and/or property, and was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended. Ebbecke was originally charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, which was amended.
Delonte M. Johnson of Farnham pleaded guilty of felony sale/distribution of marijuana and felony possession with intent. He was sentenced to five years with five years suspended, and to six months’ suspension of his driver’s license. A hearing will be held July 6 to allow Johnson to petition the court for restricted driving privileges.
William S. Diller of Callao pleaded guilty to three counts….
