LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 6, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Dasmine D. Fisher of Weems, charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon, the trial was continued until September 24.
In the case of Megan C. Hill of Kilmarnock, charged with two felonies for selling a Schedule I/II substance, a felony for selling drugs on or near school property, and two felonies for child abuse, those charges were nolle prossed.
Molly J. Kane of Lancaster, charged with a felony for selling cocaine, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor possession….
