Penniman elected to council in Irvington

After the Lancaster electoral board completed its canvassing of votes on Wednesday, November 3, the winner of the Irvington Town Council seat was Judith M. Penniman with 86 votes. Betsy E. Delph received 37 votes and the remaining 23 write-in votes were split among other candidates.

While the majority of voters stuck to traditional in-person voting on Election Day, many still took advantage of early in-person voting and mailed ballots.
