TOPPING—Family and friends will gather together to celebrate the life of Betty Rector Miller on Sunday, May 29, 2022 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Betty and Charlie B’s home, 2877 Regent Road, Topping, Virginia 23169. A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m.
