The Northern Neck Orchestra (NNO) will present “Bach to Beatles,” a concert of chamber music reimagined for string quartet, featuring compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach, John Lennon and Paul McCartney at 2 p.m. June 26 at Good Luck Cellars, 1025 Goodluck Road, Kilmarnock.
Tickets are $30 and may be purchased at www.northernneckorchestra.org or the check-in desk. Students will be admitted at no charge.
The playlist will include Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 and Art of the Fugue as well as Lennon and McCartney’s I Want to Hold Your Hand, Eleanor Rigby, Blackbird and Yesterday. The music will be performed by NNO concertmaster….
