Raiders steal Red Devils’ homecoming thunder, 35-8

Lancaster was held to less than 100 yards total offense for a second straight week and Zavian Baylor proved hard to handle as Rappahannock foiled the Red Devils’ homecoming last Friday with a 35-8 win in varsity football.

Baylor rushed for 111 yards and three touchdowns on 16 attempts and had one reception for a score to account for four of Rappahannock’s five touchdowns. Baylor scored on 6- and 5-yard runs and caught a TD pass in the first half to help lift the Raiders to a 21-0 lead at halftime. Baylor also scored on an 11-yard carry in the fourth quarter to cap Rappahannock’s scoring.

The Raiders finished with 332 yards total offense….
