Silver Celebration is the theme of the 25th anniversary Festival of Trees December 1-3 at the Northern Neck Family YMCA in Kilmarnock. It will be a true celebration, said committee chairman Karen Sciacchitano.
The committee has been hard at work planning festivities, which include a community open house from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, a silent auction that opens online Friday, November 25, and continues until the end of the gala event December 3. Online bidders can sign up at www.ymcavp.org/fot. The silent auction will be open in person at the community event, throughout the day Friday and during the gala.
