A former ballet dancer and accomplished opera singer, respectively, the two have used their artistic gifts to offer healing and holistic practices nationally, reported guest instructor Delia Ibañez. Now they are coming to share with the Northern Neck community.
Martin is a registered yoga teacher and is the founder and owner of CAPITAL GYROTONIC in Washington, D.C.
