Chesapeake Bank has added William B. Hubbard to their Northern Neck Advisory Board.
Hubbard, a lifelong native of the Northern Neck, received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and law degree from The College of William and Mary. He has practiced law in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula for 16 years. He is a Special Justice serving at the pleasure of the Circuit Court for Lancaster County, and is a Commissioner in Chancery.
