The Virginia Student Training and Refurbishment (VA STAR) program recently donated 10 refurbished Dell laptop computers to the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck in Northumberland.
“We are thankful for our continuing partnership with the VA STAR program. We have benefitted for the last few years and these laptops are truly appreciated,” said executive director Phillip Mumford.
“The incredible work they do enhances the computer and technical skills of our Club members and positions them for successful futures. These computers will be used this summer and beyond. We are thankful to Mr. (Jay) Lightfoot and the students who worked hard to refurbish these computers,” said Mumford.
