HEATHSVILLE––Michelle Hastings Edwards, 47, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning July 25, 2023, at her Heathsville home.
She is survived by her husband, Blake Edwards of Heathsville; her children, Amber Kirby and Jordan Woody; her father, William “Bill” Hastings; stepfather Manson Jones; her brother, Joey Hastings; sisters, Patty Hastings and Manda Ruark; and granddaughter, Rilynn Banning.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Linda K. Jones.
Michelle had lifelong friends that she remained close with. She loved being with her family and friends, and she loved being on the water whether swimming, fishing or boat riding. She loved her cats, dogs and all animals.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, August 6, at Currie Funeral Home in Kilmarnock. The visitation is casual and in lieu of flowers please send donations to the Animal Welfare League of the Northern Neck.
