Charles “Chuck” Parrish may be new to Lancaster High School, but the veteran educator is all too familiar with the Northern Neck.
Parrish, who came to LHS by way of Windsor High School, officially assumed his new job as Lancaster’s athletic director on July 5. The move from southeastern Virginia’s Hampton Roads area to the ’Neck was a move home.
