Hillary Pugh Kent to speak at the Holly Ball

t to orate the 127th 2023 Holly Ball December 28 at Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club in Kilmarnock.

The black tie invitational charity event benefits the Tidewater Foundation, said publicity chairman Patricia Gallagher. Proceeds reach the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula communities through grants from the foundation. 

Kent was born and raised on her family farm in Richmond County. She grew up working on community service projects, like Keep VA Green and Adopt-A-Highway, working in her family business and farming. 

She graduated from Randolph Macon College with a bachelors in political science and international relations. While at Randolph-Macon she spent a semester abroad in England, interned at the Virginia General Assembly….
