The Bay Center will host Aging as a Spiritual Journey Workshop from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. May 18 at Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock.
The facilitator will be Claire J. Salkowski, reported Whitney Law.
The daylong retreat will explore the late life journey and how to move from “age-ing to sage-ing” and begin the “inner work of age” in order to shift from “role to soul” on the voyage to wholeness and “conscious eldering,” said Law.
The workshop will include snacks and encourages attendees to bring a journal for personal reflection.
