Registration has begun for InsideOut Yoga’s (IOY) retreat to Italy October 12-19, 2025, announced IOY owner Susan Johnson.
“The retreat theme is ‘I Feel You’ and is a sumptuous experience for mind, body and spirit in the heart of Umbria, an Italian region bordering Tuscany, known for its medieval hill towns, dense forests and local cuisine,” said Johnson.
She will again co-lead the retreat with Alli Crowell, owner of Rise Yoga in Gettysburg, Pa., and a part-time resident of White Stone.
