BURGESS—Michelle Webb Griffin (Ashburn), 49, of Burgess passed away July 8, 2024, at a Richmond hospital surrounded by family. She was born on November 2, 1974, in Kilmarnock. She had a love for animals, especially chickens.
Michelle is survived by her father, Wayne Ashburn; her mother, Lynn Keane Walls; her siblings, Jennifer Lewis, Ricky Hundley (Megan), Joshua Ashburn and Alesha Ashburn; and her children, Clayton Griffin, James Webb Jr., Charles Webb, and their sister, Catie Walls. She had six beautiful grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, at Historic Morattico Baptist Church in Kilmarnock.
Currie Funeral Home LLC of Kilmarnock handled the arrangements.
