For August, the RAL Art Center Gallery Windows, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, will feature works by Gloria Gifford, Karen Kingsley and Laurie Breakwell. They offer a variety of styles of painting, as well as some fantastic stained glass works shown in the 3-D Window.
“A love for our planet and the use of a rainbow color palette” describes Gifford the best. As a member of the global Ocean Artists Society, Gifford shares her passion through her art for endangered ocean species. She has participated in several of the OAS documentary films and as a result, her paintings were literally viewed on a global scale. Also, as a licensed artist within the extremely competitive home decor industry, her designs continue to embrace her love for oceans, coastal areas and rain forests, on products for the home.
